Pasta from Parma!

The heart and soul of pasta making in Italy is Parma. Parma is in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy and is well know for being the home of the famous Parmesan-Reggiano Cheese, Prosciutto di Parma, as well as Balsamic Vinegar. Our class will focus on delicious home made pasta pastas from this region. Get hands on experience and learn the proper techniques to make fresh pasta, roll it out, cut it and shape it.
