- Tiramisu con lampone (The literal translation of Tiramisu is “pick-me-up”. The Venetian’s are credited with creating this dessert. Tiramisu is probably Italy’s best know and loved dessert with layers of Mascarpone, Zabaglione, Chocolate & Coffee)
