Our Pizza King Cooking Classes are 2 ½ hours long, from 6pm to 8:30pm. All classes are taught in our private room, by owner, Ruby Lewis. You will learn tips & simple techniques to be successful making all of the featured foods at home. Enjoy generous servings of all of the foods that are prepared during each class & receive a handout of all of the recipes. Learn how to make fresh & filled pastas, sauces, gnocchi, breads, desserts & full Italian meals.

Harvest Dinner in Tuscany

Our Tuscany Harvest Dinner class will begin with a traditional Antipasto Platter inspired by a wonderful variety of savory flavors. We will prepare a beautiful Pork Loin Roast that is not only a showpiece for a special occasion, it is also incredibly delicious! Dessert is a special from our Zuccatti family recipes; an Apple Cake that is served warm from the oven with a Carmel Sauce.

Focaccia Bread & Zuppa

In Italy, Focaccia Bread is very popular and is often purchased by the slice at bakeries. Focaccia bread originated from the mountains of Tuscany & Liguria. We will make a variety of Focaccia Breads topped with an assortment of ingredients. With the right techniques this bread is a delight to make! We will also prepare Zucchini Farro soup especially good during the cool weather.
