On Friday nights Ruby prepares & serves “Taste of Italy” a four-course Italian feast. Ruby likes to say it is just like you would enjoy at their family home in Italy. Piedmont Dinner
* Bruschetta -Hearty Italian bread topped with Gorgonzola cheese, caramelized onions, and walnuts… a delicious combination of flavors.
* Savory Truffle dinner – Tonight’s feast will showcase Oregon truffles with delicious Italian-style pasta.
* Spumoni Amarettini - Refreshing Spumoni ice cream encrusted with Amaretti cookie crumbs, served with a dark chocolate sauce.

* Roasted Cauliflower Zuppa - Hearty Italian soup that is finished with a drizzle of truffle oil to bring all the wonderful flavors together.

* Tiramisu — A traditional dessert from Venice - sponge cake layered with Mascarpone cheese, zabaglione sauce, & dark chocolate.
